Policies

We recommend that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits their schedule. We also offer online booking for your convince.
We will send an email to confirm your appointment two days in advance of your scheduled appointment. Simply click “Confirm” to confirm your appointment. You may also request a text reminder to be delivered 1 hour before your appointment.

A 24-Hour notice to cancel an appointment is required. Failure to give a minimum 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your missed appointment. Payment must be made prior to scheduling your next appointment.

Contact the Salon if you are running late for your appointment. We may not be able to provide all of the services you are scheduled for in order to be on time for the next client. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in the need to reschedule and may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the missed service.

We guarantee our services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within seven days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after seven days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any services.

Renovatio Salon will not be liable for nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon. Our hair color services are only guaranteed if prescribed hair care products are used at home.

If you are unhappy with a product you purchased, please return within 14 days. Store credit will be given; no cash or credit refunds are given.

We offer samples of most or the products that we carry so you can try before you buy.

Renovatio Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people who are waiting for you so there will be adequate seating for other clients. For their safety, Children under 8 are not allowed in the salon at any time unless they are receiving a service. Children receiving a service cannot be left unattended in the salon. Please silence your cell phone during your appointment in order to maintain a relaxing experience.

Service animals are welcome. Pets are not allowed in the Salon due to Arizona State Board of Cosmetology rules and regulations.
